But viagra has side effects and i cant rely on it forever.
I have to marry but I can’t, i am totally desperate, I can’t see my future .
I tried kegels , good diet, good mindset, everything . but no use.
Will i have to depend on viagra for whole life ?
Will i never be had a sex life ?

    i think not watching porn is even more important then no fap, if you can't help but fap just do it like a few times a wee at most, but no more porn all together really is likely to help you out a lot. there are some ted talks and studies done on this you can look into. It may take time and it will not be easy, but if you keep at it, you are likely to regain some of your dysfunction. also since you'll be extra horny, just play the numbers game, dont be afraid of rejection and talk to lots of woman, I'm sure you'll find a lover given enough time and effort.

That sucks man I'm 25 and I don't have any issues getting off honestly I wish that I didn't get hard so easily and at random and to anything.

Hopefully you can figure out what the problem is because it could be something that or it's genetic.
