Is it normal to think turning peoples power off in their house is funny? My friends think it's hilarious. It's like blowing out a candle when all the lights go out. Is it normal teenage pranking or crossing the line?
This sounds hilarious, although rude. Imagine doing it to the same people at the same time everyday. and putting some funny mail in their mailbox!

Have another friend shit in a brown bag then light it on Fire put it on the porch then ring the door bell!!!!
Do this immediately after power boxing the house

Yeah it's way crossing the line and it's lame. Can you go straight to that house and tell the people there that you did that cuz you thought it was funny??

If u r doing this to random strangers then it's not funny at all! What if u did it to someone who was disabled and couldn't help themselves? Or someone who was recently abused/ raped or even in a scary situation and u made them have an anxiety attack?
I don't think it's funny but if u only do it to friends and their the ones that think it's funny then it's ok
i think thats pretty normal for teenagers. you should try to find the main tap for the water into the house too and turn that off. if there is gas going into the house why not turn that off too. while you're there, let the tyres down on all the cars and block up the exhaust pipes. then put superglue in the locks of the house/cars. then it would qualify as hilarious.
