Posting nudes on instagram

So we see models posting near nude pictures of themselves on instagram all the time, where you dont really see their privates but its very sexy and they're barely covered. Would it be against the law for a teen below adult age to post pictures like that?

    In the end user service agreement its not allowed. If you want to send nude to the world, send away to whoever would enjoy it
