Post partum

Post partum...I hate when people thinks it's something you can just get over instead of just being supportive and trying to understand your needs are valid even though you're a mom now. Why did my neighbor just come ring my doorbell at 12:20 am... We don't know each other... He randomly walked up to me the other day and asked do I babysit? Mind you we have never crossed paths and even said hello... No introduction just "do you babysit? I ask how old is the kid? He starts telling me about his pay at his new job, I'm like what's the age? 10 months old ok I would have to get paid upfront because I don't know you to know if you'd pay me at all. He agrees then says I know you good people blah blah blah and I'm like Idk how you made that observation when literally I never crossed his path before... But is that normal?

Ok... trying to make the connection between postpartum depression and creepy neighbor and I just can't make it stretch that far.

So first I have never given birth and I don't want to even try so I can only imagine what postpartum is like. I can really only imagine really severe PMS that lasts for a while and I can understand how that would be miserable and you'd get tired of ppl telling you to just get over it or whatever shitty thing ppl say.

And secondly I wouldn't babysit the neighbors child. To weird to random to everything creepy.

I hope some of that helped.

When people you don't know are knocking on your door after midnite there's something seriously wrong. Dont babysit for him/them whatever you do.

Yeah, I'd have to agree wholeheartedly, because this neighbor seems to have no boundaries!

I've had crazy neighbours doing shit like that and it ended badly.

Sounds like he's just trying to be friendly. Maybe it didnt come across the way he wanted.

Or maybe he just trust people more than you lol

Either way, sounds just like a friendly person :)
