My problem is , m guy who watches porn in every 3-4 nd mastrubating almost whole day . I have urge to see porn everyday to avoid , i have to mastrubate everday , so any solution ?? Is my urge normal ?? Plz give postive response on , how to get rid of this addiction ?? bcz its ruining my life , studies , dreams
Hide your computer and use ones in public places for a while.
Start forcing yourself to use your imagination more and only indulge in watching porn once a day, or not at all if it's too much temptation.
Of course, it won't be as gratifying, at first, but if you want to change, you have to make sacrifices.
I don't know for sure, but it might work.
I don't know why everyone but me is addicted to it. I can go for a long time and not see it but it wouldn't bother me. I'm for some reason not hooked after years of watching porn. Wait, I see a new post comming on...
It's definitely an addiction, and a bad one at that! I won't go into all the reasons it's bad for you (in addition to those you've mentioned), any sexual partners you may have, and the people involved in making it - that would take too long. It's just... Bad.
Quit, quit, quit! Or, if that seems impossible to you, start by limiting yourself to images only, and then to soft-core images only. These can actually be hard to find these days, so here's a one-word tip (assuming you're straight): Femjoy.
Doesn't sound like an addiction if you're only doing it that often. Just beat off and get it over and done with, then you can focus on other things.
Sometimes I get so horny at work I can't concentrate, I have to go beat off before I can get any work done
