Popping/ cracking

Hi there!

I been ,at least, spent five year of my life cracking my fingers/knuckles (thanks to my grand-dad he gave me the habit since I was like ten or so, but it wasn't so severe like now) I've tried to stop. I also have a habit or cracking/snapping my wrist, toes, legs/knees,elbow, neck, inner thigh, back and arm (my hole damn body!) and I don't think its normal at all(idk). Every morning I have to crack/snap my legs and by doing so I can also do my back at the same time.I can also dislocate my shoulders out of place(it happens more when I sleep, tho).
I don't know if I have weak bones or I lack of something...I don't know you tell me what you guys think..

Not a huge deal. It won't give you arthritis or anything.

This sounds exactly like Joint Hypermobility Sydrome. I have the same things...extreme range of motion in most of my joints, elbows and knees "bend backwards", and ALL my joints crack and pop ALL THE TIME. Along with that is my joints dislocate and subloxate really easily...especially my shoulder joints, usually while I'm sleeping. Go see a rhumetologist to rule out other connective tissue disorders like Ehlers-Danlos, and they will also likely refer you to a physical therapist.
