Ok, this is just a hypothetical question. But what would happen if police stopped a car and the guy in the car acted drunk. So lets say the police checks him with that checking device them have on how much drunk he is, and finds out he is not drunk at all!! What would happen to the person then?
They would just laugh and laugh and be in such a good mood and high five the guy because police people are known for their excellent sense of humour

theyll run yalls ass in and its up to yalls ass to prove to the court that yall wasnt fucked up
They would probably assume the breathalyzer was malfunctioning and arrest you anyway. Then maybe find something else to charge with for wasting their time.
You'd still be fined/warned for reckless driving (assumedly, the car is stopped due to dangerous driving or police wouldn't stop them.)
Depends on the officers in question. Some might spare you and laugh about it... Others might get really angry for wasting their time and diverting their attention from real criminals and might even charge you...
