Pokemon - your opinion of it? did it get better?

In my personal opinion, every generation of Pokemon is special, but it should have ended at Generation IV. But what do you think? Should the franchise really have died away after just a couple of years? Should it have ended midway? Or should it continue forever?

Pokemon should never have continued/improved. 151 is enough. 19

    2nd gen - awesome when i was a kid
    3d gen - didnt really play/watch it when i was a kid
    1st gen - still awesome.

    It got worse the new pokemon look like digimon and that my friend , is sad. It shows lack of originality.

    the 2nd gen is okay. I like some of them but not enough. should have stopped at 151 (mew)

    I wanna let it run until Ash goes to Kanto, marries Misty, has aa child, and become the Poke Master. There! Ha, May, Dawn and Iris! Mwahaha! Misty gets Ash! Then, their child would follow their dad.

    I love Pokemon! I loved it 10-ish years ago and I still love it now! I think the show went downhill a bit when some of the voice actors were fired, but I still watch it when I can.

    The nintendo games are still great though! Yes, I still play them! I can't wait to get the new black and white games! I love all Pokemon and always will!

    In a way its good. It keeps card collectors interested and the game franchise going.

    Its carried on over almost 2 generations now. I watched the 1st season in the 90's as a kid, now my little brother watches the current season "Pokemon: Black and White."

    I don't see it stopping anytime soon; series or fans.

        I don't like Cookies and Cream... When I was 4 I hated white chocolate, but I ate a Cook. and Cream choco bar. And I hated it so I never ate it sinse then...

        Oh! Did you get your username from Bleach. If you did, do not show my friend. She is obsessed with it and calls it "The Best Anime Ever". She brags how good it is, but my mom confiscated anime from me...
