Plucking out leg hairs.
well i have tried and struggled to find a good way to cope when nervous or stressed. i noticed habits like bitting my nails or popping pimples helps my nervousness and stress ease a bit more. i recently discovered that plucking out hair (on my face,arm pits, legs, other areas) is the best way to deal with my stress. is this normal? and does anyone have a better way of dealing with stress?
