Plucking out leg hairs.

well i have tried and struggled to find a good way to cope when nervous or stressed. i noticed habits like bitting my nails or popping pimples helps my nervousness and stress ease a bit more. i recently discovered that plucking out hair (on my face,arm pits, legs, other areas) is the best way to deal with my stress. is this normal? and does anyone have a better way of dealing with stress?

    omg i do the same thing!!! it started with picking scabs and biting my nails. now i pull out hair. i have anxiety disorders and most of the time i don't realize i do it. i do it all day.

  • Well doesn't that hurt? If it does hurt and you still enjoy doing it, that's like cutting yourself. It's not normal.
