    Maybe stop getting high. I have no issue with recreational substance use, but it doesn't sound like it works for you.

    I don't how normal it is, but it's definitely possible. Believe me, I've heard of people that pluck out/cut off body parts and eat them in an attempt to try to ward off evil. Not the best decision, and they definitely regretted it once the sobered up. So, if it's what you're into, I say go for it. Otherwise lay off the fucking drugs.

    I think it's normal. People get stupid thoughts when they are high. Don't do it though. Lol at your story! I could picture it
