Please give your opinion. what should i do?? i met this girl...

she is so gorgeous! I noticed that EVERY TIME time I would look at her she was looking at me and smiling. she couldn't get her eyes away from me. I knew she was attracted to me, so i went to talk to her and we had a nice conversation. then our personal trainer started the day's routine and we had to separate from each other. But she kept looking at me while we worked out.
the day ended and i did not ask for her number because i did not have a cell phone back then. unfortunately that was the last time i was able to workout at the gym.
I tried to find her everywhere at school and No matter how much I looked for her i couldn't find her.
4 months later I see her, but i couldn't talk to her because i was so impacted to see her, she looked so beautiful.. i was super shocked! I see her kind of often now, but I still cant talk to her for some reason. what is wrong with me?? I have made attempts to approach her again, but i have failed miserably, I know that she liked me, I have NO PROBLEM talking to any other beautiful girls! its just this one girl that i cant talk to, even though i have already talked to her b4.Is it normal that I just cant talk to her again? Why cant i talk to HER!?!? I think i have fear to be hurt by her. that she's with someone else already, and Im afraid of hearing that. Or that i lost all chance with her because of how childish i been not talking to her these past chances i've had, she might be thinking that i dont know what i want or that I'm just a gutless loser.
So what do you suggest i do??

just to restate what dappled said, honestly dude you have to just talk to her. there have been too many girls that i liked and didn't have the courage to just step up and speak what's on my mind. let's be honest, nobody's going to make fun of you. you're not going to be some social outcast for speaking what you feel. the biggest commitment you can make to yourself is to just take 3 steps towards her when you see her at a distance. when you take those steps you'll think to yourself "i've already gone this far, i've got to just keep going" and you'll keep closing the gap between you and her. you'll probably feel scared or overwhelmed but once you've already started walking, it's a done deal. you're going to say hello and you're going to say what you feel and that'll be the greatest relief you'll feel in your life

  yeah man thanks a lot!! I'm hoping to see her tomorrow.. I hope I do, and that it goes well. I honestly dnt knw what my fear used to be. but I feel now really stupid for not talking to her those other times i saw her before. I cant explain that to her.. but I'll have to pay for my mistakes and do the best with what i got

Well, whatever you do, don't refer to yourself as "impacted" in her company. No girl wants to hear "You're so hot, you actually make me constipated".

    Aside from the crap advice I normally give to attempt to be funny, the realistic advice is that you need to speak to her. Put yourself on the line. It may not work out but at least you tried. And if you do, you either get an amazing girl or you get nothing you can ever regret. Either way, you win. Go for it. Seriously. Just go for it.

The prize is bigger than the risk of being hurt. and putting it the way you put it there's nothing to lose. appreciate the mental help (I promise to make a poll next time where you can make fun of me as much as you like. You've got to do it!! You've got to put an end to this one way or another so you're not wondering about "what if" for the rest of your life!!

Just say hi, reintroduce yourself and say something along the lines of "hey I meant to ask for your number at the gym but we ended up going our seperate ways and I didn't get a chance to".....and see what happens.

Do yourself a favor and don't ask her right away if she has a boyfriend. It puts pressure on a girl because it makes her feel like she HAS to consider you as boyfriend material right on the spot which can backfire on you. Just take her #, call her, get to know her and let things develop.

so. you don't know this girl. she just smiled at you. so remember that whatever you're feeling, it's your projections, and not her character or person. just take a step back, breathe, and start a conversation. say you remember seeing her a couple months back, and ask her if she wanna do something. tell her you remember liking her energy.
