I'm an adult and play with my food. I make a landscape out of it and usually use peanuts as the characters. Then I slowly eat away their surroundings while they panic about the loss of their habitat. IIN??
Most people stop doing that when they grow up. You should probably avoid doing it around other people because it might weird them out, but it's not harmful or anything, so hey. It's probably something that people would do a lot more often if they weren't discouraged from doing so as kids.
Doesn't your food go kind of cold and gross when you play with it, though? Or do you prefer cold food? Or do you just not care that much about flavour?
Annoying as hell.. I had dinner with a former business associate woman and her asshole boyfriend, whom I didn't like to begin with. This guy HAD to mix all of his food together, everything all in one slop, and make little shapes and stuff out of it before eating. One, it was disgusting, and two..Beyond childish. Very weird.
Never ate with them again. Only did that time b/c we were at a function that served food.
