Whenever I get pins and needles anywhere, especially in my feet, it makes me feel so sick, like I'm going to puke. I hate it! the worst is when you have pins and needles in your feet and you have to walk on them. IT'S SO NASTY!!

    ooooohhhh, you're referring to when you apply pressure to a wrist or ankle and cut off the blood supply and nerve flow from your appendage to your brain took me a sec to figure it out! ... also know as "falling asleep." yes this a very uncomfortable sensation!

      The way you usually do, if you sit in a position for too long, like sitting cross-legged, or whatever. lol. I didn't mean I randomly get pins and needles :)
