Picky eggs person iin
I'm extremely picky when it comes to my breakfast. Especially..... When it comes to eggs. Eggs are little, dainty, fragile, chicken babies. Scrambled eggs, are delicious when cooked correctly, not all dry and burnt and taste like non-stick. Fried eggs, yuck.... To a point. When they are cooked too long, they just leave a chalky filmy texture in my mouth. When I cook my eggs, I take extreme caution. I check on them, I rotate them, flip them, add just enough butter, just enough salt or pepper or both. It really depends on how I'm cooking my eggs, sunny side up, sunny side down, fried, scrambled, omlets, egg cakes, crepes, all sorts of egg delights. I add some spice, I cook the eggs after the bacon but in the same skillet so there is a nice bacony smokey flavor to my eggs, I add a tiny but of water and it adds moisture suprisingly. I then steam the eggs, before they are fully cooked just for two minutes. I then add (depending on my mood) sausage, garlic salt or powder depending on the meal. I don't like weird flavorings such as lemon, or parsley dived into my eggs, oregano, thyme, anything along those lines. I stick to the basics basically. BUT I take extreme care of basics that basically, make my breakfast so.delightful. I dont like sweet so syrup mixed with my eggs isn't an option and im still flabbergasted at the sight of it. I will however take a few slices pf bacon, dice it and blend it with my eggs. CERTAIN DAYS ONLY. Since I am eating these eggs for my own selfish needs, and took the chickens hope of seeing her young grow, I must take extreme care in making my eggs well worth the steal. Not only do I cook the eggs last but I eat them first so they do not get cold. Take scrambled eggs for example, they are my favorite egg type. I can't scramble them too much or else the texture is just too thin, but you can't just leave them too put together or else the spices and flavorings don't get into the egg. I'm a picky egg person. It's an obsession. I must be normal.... Right?
