What the...? This could be so much more than just what you see. Maybe there's sexual abuse there too. Call the cops immediately, or if you don't feel comfortable doing that ask a teacher/adult/friend to do it for you. Just... do something.
Where do you live? I'll scare that mother fucker into NEVER laying a hand on anyone again. U just pull some fight club 'take ur ID' during a masked threat demonstration in a dark alleyway. Or just hide in his back seat at night and ether him, then you can do whatever the hell you want to control the situation into a terrifying threat. CPS will just rip the family apart and same story with the cops. He needs to realize what he is doing is wrong and find the motivation to change without losing his kids and house and everything. Violence is a precision instrument. Surgical. And should be used as such. Often just the threat of such things is enough. A demonstration isn't always needed.

wow! me too. i really hate my family, especially my father because i'm so physically abused by me father when i was young, maybe about 8 years old. but, i still do love my father even tough he always hurt me. i will not be here if not because of him but. its not good to be physically abused
wow! will you let your cousin suffer from his step dad? her step dad don't have any right to hurt his step daughter. it's better to have no parents than to have a parents like strangers. call the cops. report it. tell it to the cops.
Tell your parents, or her mother. This is not fair on her and this is a very serious subject.
Hes my uncle and there is no sexual abuse just physically hits her. Shes 13 years old. And if i call someone and do something Idk i might ruin her life bcus shes going to end up in a place for kids that dnt have parents..
There are many people you can tell and help her. If you are in school tell profession you trust there first! If not seek local child services
