I know how you feel. After a weekend of being raped in the ass with an assortment of vibrators, I usually go back to work on the Monday and get phantom vibrations. I usually jump, yelp and then giggle while everyone looks at me from their desks.
It's embarrassing, but also I think it's just my ass telling me it had a good time, and that it loves me.
Keep your head up.
Maybe it is a habit. I haven't had such experience because I don't have many friends who like to text me or call me. ( :( joke'y moment ).
Like smells from your childhood, it might be 'registered' in your brain. I think it's normal but you might want to place the phone at different places?
Man...I've been in situations where I was talking on the phone and felt it vibrate on my hip...AND REACHED FOR IT with my free hand! haha...how twisted is that?
yes a whole bunch of people, i think craige ferguson talked about it yesterday.
OMG! It happens to me all the fucking time. Hahah or I'll swear I hear the little chime when it goes off. I'm addicted. D:
I get the same thing a lot!
But I figured out the mystery.
When I'm in the car, usually it's the vibrations from the car to the phone.
But most of the time it's the phone rubbing against my pants and/or belt when bending down, walking, running, whatever. It's annoying.
i get that alot lol , i keep my phone in the pocket in my shirt of my school uniform so i often this my boob is vibrating haa i think its normal x
I only WISH I had that problem. The closest I ever get to any action is talking to fatties online.
Me too, me too! Is it because we're so used to it vibrating that we imagine it?
yes but i think i hear it then 5 sec later it rings is if i new it was going to freaky happens with mom shouting dinner or supper x
Totally normal. The same thing happened to me when I had my old phone which always vibrated when I got a call (either vibrate or ring vibrate).
I would constantly have to reach down and feel my pocket to make sure it wasn't actually vibrating. Especially while driving, I will be certain in some cases that it happened, when in fact it did not.
Since I got my Droid, and don't use vibrate nearly as much, I think I stopped 'expecting' to feel it.
I hear and feel phantom vibrations pretty regularly, whether I'm expecting/hoping for a text or not. I could be totally engrossed in some project, not thinking about my phone AT ALL, and there it goes... buzz buzz buzz... only to see it was that darn phantom again...
I do most of the time and I hate it. Even when I am in school and I think I feel it go off it scares me when it does that
It happens all the time to me too.. sometimes i swear its my ringtone so i trun to my bedroom to find its just sitting there.. verry annoying isnt it :/
yes totally normal always happens to me u must be expecting someone to text :) x
yeahh or ill think i will hear it vibrating.. like on a couch or something but it has dose nothing... i think its cause i cant wit for the text/call
I used to experience this when I had a nextel phone a few years ago. Since I switched to Verizon it has all but stopped. So perhaps it has something to do with the frequency and strength of the signal.
Yeah it's normal.. Scientists have done research on it. it's basically b/c you're phone is on vibrate alot and always on the same place on your body all the time. Just google exactly what you wrote.. Phantom VIbrations. you'll see.
