People referring to sex as 'playing' grosses me out.

Just what the title is. I associate play with innocence and childhood, not with fucking. It's two totally different things to me and it seems sleazy when someone refers to sexual activities as playing or playtime.

If it ain't work it's play. If it's work for you, your partner must be thrilled.

    • Us adults call it sex. Maybe recreation.

    • I don't. Judging from all this resistance maybe this is a website full of sex offenders.

Not sex offenders, sex enthusiasts maybe, but not eveRhone here has been charged with an offense classified as CSC...

Obviously you have no idea what a loving relationship is all about.
I can only assume you've never had good sex and with your attitude, never will. Actually, it would be a blessing for the whole world if you don't, because we sure wouldn't want you to pass on your puritan values to your progeny.

    • You must spend 10 hours a day on this website. 8 of them are bragging like a 15 year old boy who just got a handjob.

Adults don't need to brag or play.

You're an ancient child stamping and kicking to prove to this eclectic community how you're somehow better. You must be compensating for something.

What would you know about being an adult? This is one of the most childish threads I've ever seen on IIN.

        • Are you never not available for your banal answers 24 hours a day? Do you have anything better to do besides trying to tell us peons how much better you are?

If you want to run around sounding like a 70s porn star or a pederast that's your busines.

          Count me out.

Yeah, I'm with you, OP. I think it's kinda creepy. I don't wanna "play" recreational sex with some random douchebag. What I want to do is make hot monkey love to my soulmate in a long term, committed, monogamous relationship.

This isn't my cage, it never was. Now let's get out of here before that guy comes back. Grab his dog, and take that lotion, we can use that. My trusty house cat has all you can eat sushi and plum wine waiting for us and the dog too.

My partner and I enjoy engaging in some serious BDSM before during and after sex. It's fun and we love it. We call it playing... but anyway... I can't see why other people's sex lives bother you so much.

Foreplay is a must. Your partner will be very dissatisfied.

    • Because I make it sound like an adult endeavour instead of a childish groping festival?

So context counts for something. It kind of sounds like you are prude dealing with immature people. I personally don't use the term play when referring to sex, but that because there are many other words to choose from and I really don't have an issue discussing sex. If you think about it, "to play" is a rather vague verb and can be used in many contexts. I'm not sure why you only associate it with children.
