If a guy has a double size penis than average does sex with him feels 8 times better because it is double in all 3 dimensions? X,Y,Z like 2^3?
Average penis size is apparently 6 inches. A 12 inch penis must be thin as a straw, I should imagine, so it doesn't necessarily follow that it would be twice as big in all dimensions.
Also, I very much doubt there are many women who have a vagina that can accommodate the entirety of a 12 inch penis, so again, it doesn't necessarily follow that a bigger penis makes for better sex, whatever arbitrary number you think it improves it by.

A reasonable interpretation of your problem is that the penis would have doubled in volume. This means that dimensions in X, Y, and Z would be multiplied by the cube root of 2, which is 2^(1/3) or 1.26. The new larger penis then has a length of 7.56 inches. The X and Y dimensions (aka diameter) would be bigger by a factor of 1.26 as well.
Given these new larger dimensions, I think the female would have the most fun. Don't forget that in your scenario, double the jizz is needed to scale up all factors evenly. This extra jizz frosting inside the cake will be eagerly welcomed, I'm sure.
