So....

Sometimes when im tugging one out, i notice sometimes my penis is bigger and sometimes it's smaller

I mean i do measure it a lot to be honest becuase im curios, it's usually around 6.8 - 7 inches but its been as small as 6 inches sometimes and the biggest i've measured it at was about 7.2

Is that normal?

    If its an erection is quite normal.
    Anyway size can change a bit depending of some situations and nothing to do with erections.
    If you are by the swimmingpool side in the summer with 38ºC or 40ºC having a sun ton you can be sure your dick with that temperature is bigger.
    If you come out of the cold water after a swim for sure is shorter.
