My boyfriend has a rash on his penis on the shaft, he uses creams but it never seems to go away or reduce in size. Is It Normal for a guy to have this and what could it possibly be?! Thanks:)

He should see a doctor. If he doesn't have money, there are many local health clinics who will help. Check your area.
Also, make sure you see the results before you have sexual contact.
Just fyi, there is a decent chance nothing is wrong, but you should always be safe.
It could be a lot of things. Maybe a new laundry detergent doesn't agree with his other head or it's too dry from chaffing. It could also be eczema. Now the "scary" part. Since you say none of the creams are helping, it very well could be an STD. Syphilis seems to be the most obvious choice with a rash but usually doesn't occur until the secondary stage. Get him to a doctor.
