Penis enlargement exercises: effect is permanent? or not?

I am doing some dick enlargement exercises.And in 3 days i gainde 1centimeter.I wounder is this effect is permanent?

      it will go back eventually but if you do it for a long period of time it will steadaly gain in size, but i think you should be happy with what you've got.

      unless its really small :)

    They are permanent if you continue doing some exercises to maintain your gains. Although I have to tell you that it isn't something you can achieve in a few days. You will need to do them for at least several months.
