    He is obviously a smeg head. Tell him to wash it at least daily and if it is really bad, 3 or 4 times a day. It will go away with age. The glans are secreating large amounts of the oil that prevents the foreskin from sticking to the head. If he is uncircumsized, this builds up to a cheesie looking consistency and needs to be cleaned.
    If he is older, he should be especially attentive to cleaning it because STD's love the "cheese" and it gives them a good breading ground after unprotected sex.

    Smegma is a build up of dead skin cells and the body's natural lubricant, he needs to clean UNDER the foreskin...

      It was refferred to as "cheesie looking" which it is and "cheese" thus sugesting it is a "pet" name comonly used here in the UK. ie, "His dick had a cheesie foreskin". It does get called smeg as well and a common UK insult is to call some one a "smeg head".
