Peeing inside women during sex

It is possible i should know.
It can happen if you have a condition known as retrograde ejaculation. this is where nerves controlling the bladder neck has been damaged and/or not functioning as they should which put simply mean the neck of the bladder remains open during an erection therefore allowing urine to pass as normal, this also means you cannot ejaculate properly as most of the semen will travel into the bladder (this completely harmless) which can mean the male is infertile.
This can be cured by surgery

Urine is sterile but it's acidic and a woman's vagina has a delicate balance of bacteria that shouldn't be upset or it can cause infection. Peeing inside a woman is not okay. The male reproductive system secretes a basic solution into the urethra upon ejaculation to neutralize any acidic urine which may have been left behind.

I've never heard of it before, but since you had it, it's probably normal. In my experience, sexual fantasies shouldn't be repressed, but embraced. If you can find a willing partner, why not? If you want to get off about it, go ahead!

Urine is sterile, so therefore fairly unharmful. You can even drink it in emergencies! However, if you have an infection, or if there is any bacteria or viruses, in your urine at all, this may cause complications. So although generally this will not result in anything, be sure that you've weighed the idea incase it does.
