I wet the bed til I was like 16.NOW,as an ADULT, ive actually wet the bed. Sometimes I just wake up wet but sometimes I dream im peeing and pee the bed. Its gotten so bad that sometimes when im AWAKE and going to the bathroom I stop myself for a second cause im not SURE if im awake or dreaming. Is that normal?
Have you spoken to a doctor about it? It's an embarrassing thing to discuss, but there may be something they can help you with.
I'm surprised to see how low the percentage is for normality..
I've had plenty of dreams where I'm on the toilet and feel like I'm going and wake up soaked. The last time being some time last year at age 18. It's embarrassing, but it happens.
As far as the being awake but being unsure if you're up or not, that's odd. You should be able to tell the difference between what's real and what's fake.
Why did you never see a doctor on this?

I had the most vivid dream a few years ago : here goes then I was in on the toilet and everything was the same in dreams they're usually different aren't they! but someone who I couldn't see was saying "go on wee you're on the toilet, in a repetetive way so I eventually gave in and yes I'm afraid started to wee the bed and then tbhe voice said "ha ha was only messing you're not really on the toilet" I wake up straight away and flew down to the toilet and had the longest wee ever. I've had a dream in which I did pee with a great sense of relief. When I woke up I was surprised I did not leak and my bladder was full.
