Peeing at a urinal and talking to the person beside you!?

Normal, but I don't like it and prefer pee in peace!

It's the same as when there are like 7 urinals and you always get a creep standing at the one right beside you even though there are 6 others that aren't being used... and there's always a cheeky smile before he starts to pee :/ *shudder*

Normal - for sure. But some people are yakkers I guess to deal with the awkwardness.

If I'm out with friends and we all go to the men's room at the same time, we usually talk while we pee. It could be awkward with a stranger.

I don't talk to anybody at the urinal or in the washroom unless it's somebody I know and we are washing our hands at the same time. I simply prefer my privacy when using the bathroom and in a public bathroom the best I can do in that regard is just be incommunicado.
The first time I realized how normal my feelings are about this was in EDDIE MURPHY'S movie "COMING TO AMERICA", where he struck up a friendship with another guy in the men's room.

There is so much that is wrong with peeing in the urinal next to someone and then talking to that person. Everyone knows that you're ALWAYS supposed to use the urinal that's farthest away from another person and NEVER use adjacent urinals (use a stall if every other urinal is already in use). Also you are NEVER supposed to talk to anyone in the bathroom. So no, it is not normal to pee in a urinal next to someone and talk to them.

Wait isn't there a rule in there for guys..like a common courtasy rule as in minding each owns buisness ?

I guess it's just everyone's personal preferences. I don't have any problems doing that and I'm sure others like your friends or your teacher is alright with that too. It's how you feel, that's all.. nothing wrong! So.. normal.
