Ever since I can remember I have been able to bring on this sensation voluntarily without having to pee! I clench the muscles in my anus and bladder (the muscle that stops you peeing mid flow) I then hold the contraction, the longer I hold it the more intense the shiver is! As i hold the contraction it begins to form - It goes right up my spine and floods through my arms! My nipples go erect and I get covered in goosebumps! If I do this 6 or seven times in a row the feeling is very intense to the point that I almost loose balance if I am standing up! People find it amazing and some don't believe i can do it until I demonstrate the goosebumps that appear out of nowhere and the erect nipples! I do this almost everyday!
