Partners hitting eachother?

Every time a guy hits a girl, everyone rushes up to her defense and attacks the guy no matter what she did to cause it. Now I am all for this because I would never hit a girl. But it seems like every time a girl hits a guy, the guy is expected to take it, and no one seems to think that the girl was in the wrong. People just say that the guy shouldn't have said what he said or whatever. I personally think that no partner should ever hit the other partner no matter what sex.

    Anyone who beats someone who is physically weaker than themselves is a coward. It doesn't matter whether they are male or female.

      I completely agree, but I believe that violence due to anger is completely unnecessary and shouldn't exist at all especially between 2 people who like each other. Violence is okay to protect yourself, but not for any other reason. Of course it is fine to train for fighting or compete in fighting, but other than that it's bad. You get what I mean

    Guy or girl, it's wrong to hit your partner. Indeed, the men catch more shit for hitting a girl, but nature has made females weaker than males. Though, most girls can't do any real damage, it's still wrong for both sexes.

    A good rule of thumb when making a choice about a life partner is that a women who will strike their partner will also strike their child and vise-versa.

    The reason ppl say its ok for girls to hit guys but not the other way is because a girls hit is not gonna hurt the guy anywhere near as much as a mans would to a girl. Most men are stronger physically than woman are so its more of the fact the man is hurting someone weaker than himself, and that's just pathetic. Btw I do agree that men/woman should just not hit each other at all.

    Seriously, I would be too embarrassed to report a woman for doing any kind of violence against me. I would never tell anyone, because that would be so wimpy.

    Well it is the fact women are a lot weaker. So often them hitting a man will not really hurt as much. Men are naturally stronger.

    haha i used to be in class with a little awkward guy he got bullied by everyone all the time so one day he loses it and he punches a chick right in the face that day hell started for him. also my ex gf told me if you ever hit me it's over, but the bitch hit me right at the subway where it was packed with people ! i hate the double standard don't get me wrong i'd NEVER hit a chick but what if a guy gets abused by his girlfriend then hits her in self defense ? yeah then he's the bad guy hypocrits
