I am in my basement, and I feel someone is watching me. Shes scared, but watching me. I cant explain it. Its just fear, and odd feelings I cant explain... Its wierd. Whats wrong with me?
i get that feeling in my house all the time, or particularly in my room at night or my mom's room and bathroom at night time, i KNOW there is something weird in our house but i wont get into all the details right now
How strange: I'm in training for paranormal investigation and was downloading pictures of a case from last night when I read your blog!
First off, much electromagnetic energy is often present in basements, which can actually make someone feel the same as if there were a ghost/supernatural being. On the other hand, these areas may serve as a porthole for spirits (not to frighten you). I have been right where you are and it is the NOT knowing exactly what it is that is accounts for 50 percent of the fear. You noted "she." Have you seen the ghost? Is it solid like a human, surrounded by mist, or a shadowy figure? That's the other frustration: You have fear, yet there are very few (if any) people to discuss it with.
Also, if she, it, or whatever it is was going to harm you, chances are likely that it would have happened by now. Many ghosts are scared, just like you are. They are often lost, stuck between two worlds. However, since you don't know precisely what you're dealing with, I wouldn't try and address it by myself.
There are paranormal groups all over the country (I am a part of one) that take cases such as yours. They are able to find out what type of spirit it is, and what it wants from you. Fortunately, most are charitable organizations which, though donations are welcome, are not necessary. Most of the time, they are easily convinced to leave ("the white light"--I know I probably sounds cracked--but trust me). You sound fairly young so, if you live with your parents, then it may be more difficult to call one of these groups in (which you can find by googling in your precise city/portion of a state in which you reside, then "paranormal investigators"
Don't feel odd (trust me there, too! These folks have seen it all) about speaking with them. If you are in fact living with your parents.....hmmmm. That could be very frustrating, depending on their beliefs. One approach: Whether or not this is true, it helps to acknowledge that you know it sounds weird, and you hope you are wrong (and could be), but emphasize that you want to feel comfortable and can't. It's all in how you deliver your feelings and thoughts to them. I bet, if you present it right, they will be receptive to you. But, be firm and don't let anyone fool you into thinking otherwise. If you sense it, then it is probably true. Just remember, "she" is probably as scared as you are. Best of luck, and keep me updated!!!
Mmmm . When I'm on my own in my house ( I'm only 12 ) I feel watched tho I do have a dog & nothing seems to bother her :/ x

I'd go for the second explanation. Like every other person who does not want to be considered either completely stupid or absolutely crazy.
There are not any ghosts it is just people being tricky jerks and other people backing them up by making up apparently rational explanations to explain the weird events they are witnessing. Which are usually a result of distorted perceptions. And tell you what, these people playing on those things should get jailed. Period. Whatever the reason they are doing it for is. It is the bloody 21 century enough of stupid superstitions and off with these guys playing on them!
yeah, that's why i'm so paranoid. i try to reassure myself by saying that i'm just imagining it.
