Pancakes or waffles?
Over many years people have ate waffles and pancakes but, what is really better!? Waffles or pancakes!? The crisp of a waffle or the softness of a pancake!? Which do you like better?

I've......I've never actually tried waffles :(
Also I have a sudden urge to buy a basset hound and name it waffles
OMG. Off with you to the local waffle house.
Drench each in butter and syrup, cut each square out and place in your mouth; heavenly!
Unfortunately I don't know of any waffle houses in the UK outside of london, although I already have it planned, maple syrup and bacon waffles, although apparently fried chicken and waffles are a thing, I'm not convinced
chicken and waffles is amazing! there's two ways to make it either roasted chicken shredded over waffles and smothered in gravy or classic straight fried chicken and waffles covered in butter and syrup! both are absolutely fantastic
Don't you people have stores where you can purchase a waffle iron? Or go online and get one. I demand it!
There was a time when I had to choose between a coffee machine and a waffle iron and the coffee machine won, I've got to admit though now I'm considering between a waffle iron and a vinyl player.....I'm conflicted
You can put anything in it! Donuts...cinnamon rolls...grilled cheese even! Tater tots, whatever you want to waffle! Wooo!
Fried chicken and waffles? I don't think so. No way, no how; not on any menu I've seen, north or south east or west in the good old USA in my lifetime!
Why didn't I realize you were in the UK? I'm such a dumbass sometimes.
OK, here's what you do. Find some Yanks who live near you. You knock on their door and tell them that this coming Sunday morning that they should invite you for Brunch. Tell them they must serve waffles, syrup and eggs Benedict. You will, in turn, have them over to your flat for some home cooked steak and kidney pie, or Haggis, if you are a Scot.
See how easy that was? Now you have not only eaten waffles, but you have some new Yank friends, too.
all them good ole boys in the south go to waffle house but us important elitist types goes to waffle mansion
I prefer waffles. Not only are they palatable, but they are effortless to make. When you make waffles, you don't have the tedious task of turning them. (I've never been able to throw a pancake in the air to flip it anyway.)
Also, they are just simply delicious. Waffles are crispier, but they still maintain a slight fluffiness inside each ridge. If your pancakes are crispy, they're probably burnt.
A poor mans pancake - make toast, add peanut butter, lay them on plate, garnish (I mean drown) with your favorite syrup.
watch rhett and link good mythical morning debate-o-rama pancakes vs waffles
Neither. Last time I went to the Waffle House I ordered eggs n Bakey with a side of Hash browns..
Pancakes! PANcakes! No pancakes. PANCAKES!!! NO PANCAKES!! DENNIS! I TOLD YOU TO STAY ON THE SWING! DENNIS! *Dennis bites the other guy* *other guy screaming*
brought to you by Cabin Fever, no one likes pancakes more than Dennis, those who say otherwise get bit. :)
but to be serious, I like pancakes more than waffles.
Blueberry waffles with loads of butter and maple syrup! Sausage and bacon on the side. Mmmmmm. Now I'm starving!!!!
They're both fine with me as long as I can drench them in plenty of delicious syrup.
This may be the best question ever asked here, and I just can't pick a side.
How about a blue waffle?
