Palestine and my heritage.

When I was younger my uncle showed me a large, leather bound book about my family. It contained (and still does, today) records and documents about my forefathers and mothers. The people whom I came from.

I come from a German Jewish family, but they weren’t always Germanic. They migrated from the holy lands of Jerusalem and Israel towards Europe in search for a better life, away from persecution and hate. Unfortunately, during the Second World War, they were forced from their home and country, so they set towards another new life, across the Atlantic.

My question is as follows:
Is it normal to use my username even though I’m a Jew?

How do you expect anyone to answer that without giving your username?

Donteat, you should seek a bit of knowledge.
      jews are not the same.
      At all.
Id have to write a book to describe the jews tricks.
      The british issue.
      balford accord.
churchill, the lusitania, WWI, WWII, carl marx the jew founder of communism.
The stealing of land by jews, from palestinians. The continuing persecution being done by the I.D.F.
      Do a little research.

          Read the bible.
I'm not saying believe it all, or base your faith on it.
          But.
By their religion jews did a lot of inbreeding.
It was a shame, and crime to mate with ' outsiders '
Even IF they were the same.
The Jews are not treating the
          Palestinians as equal.
They treat them worse then dogs.

I wrote the original post and my username is Palestine_Did_Nothing_Wrong.

Unfortunately, when I asked my Jewish grandmother this question, she got angry and told me I wasn’t allowed to be buried in the local Jewish cemetery.

Thank you for all your support everyone!

      PDNW.
      Good to see you.
Being a jew that runs over kids with a tank.
      That's a choice.
I'd invite all that type to make an oven happy.
If you happen to be jewish, but understand and respect that Palestinian kids are just as important as your own.
I have no issue with you.
      No ill intent.

    ' holy lands '
You jews are a joke to me.
You deny Christ, yet ignore the old testament.
So what the hell are you?
If not self serving god less money hungry little squirrels.

One of the grandmother's in a family I used to work for was a Palestinian Jew.

Her mother was Palestinian, her father Russian. They were also Jewish.

  • Would you happen to be, "palestine_did_nothing_wrong", or something like that?

You're normal. I don't agree with you. But I actually respect the fact that you're open-minded, and don't have the bias that one would expect you to have given your heritage.

There's a lot of people in my age, gender, religious and racial groups whose opinions differ from mine.

Imo, who a person really is is defined by their beliefs. One's beliefs are affected by their environment, and how the environment interacts with them.

The more superficial and uncontrollable aspects of a person like race, heritage, ect will in turn effect how they're interacted with.

However, something as serious and defining as one's beliefs should be derived from knowledge and research.

Right or wrong is another discussion, but the point is that people should come to their conclusions in an educated manner.

If people disagree, and say that you should be loyal, then that begs a question.

Do you want things out of your control to be able to define you?

Are you palestine did nothing wrong?
You can believe whatever you like, regardless of heritage. I have Jewish heritage too and agree to a certain extent.
