Painful sex

Everytime I have sex it is painful, from start to finish. Only 20%% of the time I can actually enjoy it. Does any one other female feel this way?

There are plenty of things which can hurt during sex.
Vaginismus for example is caused my spasms in the vaginal muscles. The main reason is that you're afraid to get hurt during sex.
Fibroids, is tissue growth in the uterus which may also hurt.
Endometriosis, a condition in which the tissue normally lining the womb (or uterus) grows on different organs outside the uterus.
Could also be that you're dry. I sometimes feel pain after orgasm (not during sex for some odd reason) when I'm dry.
I suggest that you see a doctor if you have really bad pains which it sounds like you have. :(

Are you wearing a condom? Maybe you are allergic to latex.

As long as you've had a pelvic exam and a pap smear in the last year, don't worry about it too much - just make sure to mention it to your OB/GYN next time.
Some women can experience pain during sex, and this is a normal occurrence for them. However, there is a possibility that it can be a sign of 'something going on.' Especially if this is a new development or if you haven't had a pelvic exam and pap smear in the past 12 months. Don't be scared, though. Who knows - maybe all it takes for you to have fantastic sex is only a weeks worth of meds away!

There may be something wrong with your uterus if you're in extreme pain during sex. I'd make an appointment with your doctor in case it's something more serious. Although there are other things it could be. Even something as unusual as an allergy (like if you're allergic to condoms). But you'll not know until you're examined by a doctor.

Is the pain stretching or rubbing. Maybe you do not have enough foreplay to get your vagina lubricated. Try a little more touching and even have him lick you. You can get lubricants but natural is best
