Pain pill to kill emotional pain almost died or could of

I thought these danm college rejected me even tho I exceed requirements because in south asian, so I grabbed a bottle of pain pills and chugged them doen the hatch.I then ran to the toilet and put my finger in my throat because I don't want to die and shit, and puked violently after taking an ancient Indian recipie for inducing vomiting and puked blue ib about 5 minutes.No one knows and I think I have depression and stuff so is this normal, and how to handle depression and anger?

    I know a lot of people with mental or emotional problems, so it seems normal to me, but I know that it isn't. Try to get some help. It may include medications, but whatever is necessary for you to have a better life, and if you do get on meds you won't need them forever. There is long-term depression and situational depression, and both can get better over time. Seek support of trusted friends and talk to your doctor or insurance company for a therapy referral.

    Sometimes rejection hurts so bad we feel like dying but this is a trait of depression and low self esteem...healthy people who have good self esteem dont react this way...they see rejection as temporary while someone with low self esteem sees it as permanent

    It happens,go have a mental health evaluation,and be honest.
    I did the same thing and almost died.Ended up in the hospital for days w/ tubes sticking out of me.Sooner you get help,sooner you can get on w/ life.
