Pain in foot when you scrunch foot up abit

I get this really painful twanf in my foot when i scrunch up by accident against wall and stuff and have to straighten out quick because it cains.If anyone has the same problem and knows why or just wants to comment that would be much appreicaited ty

    Its a "Charlie Horse", love.
    Which means a brief muscle contraction.

    does it kinda go up your leg a bit if you do it too long? i like to scrunch up my foot on purpose cause it's kinda fun, but it hurts. it's just like giving yourself a charlie horse pretty much, but in your foot instead of you leg. it's just the muscle spazzing out.

    Perhaps, you pulled a muscle. Rest and see a doctor.

    Omg that used to happen to me too! Ever since I started dancing back when I was like 8, specifically when I started playing ballet. But now that I don't dance, it's gone away.

    could also be the tendon, try to loosen up by touching your toes. If that doesn't help or it's really painful tell your doctor.
