Pain everywhere, constantly tired, and only 18. iin?

Ok, so I'm a senior high school student and recently I've been getting aches and pains EVERYWHERE.
It's hard to describe without feeling it but its like scuba diving and all the water is pushing on every square inch of my body. It hurts to even stand.
I also feel tired all the time. And the fatigue bit of this story is chronic. I'm ALWAYS tired.
I'm always making excuses to my friends about why I'm so tired (a big homework load, stressful night, etc.) but it's never true. I'm doing everything I'm advised to do and nothing's working.
And believe me I've exercised the possibilities of sleeping too much, not enough exercise, mono, psychological causes, etc.
But I just want to know, is it normal for a healthy teen who just got into college and is supposed to be energetic and happy be CONSTANTLY tired and in this much pain?

When I was your age the same EXACT thing started happening to me. Every inch of your body aches and it feels like you're being squeezed, especially in your shoulders, ribs and waist. It took me 9 years to get a diagnosis but I found out it's fibromyalgia. It's extremely difficult to live with and I really really sympathize with what you're going through. The fatigue goes hand in hand with fibromyalgia. It's called chronic fatigue syndrome. And the reason for the chronic fatigue is because your chronic pain does not allow you to rest as deeply as your body needs to. I have SO MUCH I could share with you about this disease! But it's too much to put on here. If you have any questions at all just ask and I'll do my best to answer them as thoroughly as possible to try and help you out. I can tell you that the first step you need to take is to go to a dr and ask them for a fibromyalgia trigger point test. With that one simple test, along with your symptoms, you will be able to get a diagnosis.

You don't say if you're male or female. If you're female, I would suspect a vitamin/iron deficiency which can be corrected by taking vitamin/iron supplements. (A Vitamin B or D deficiency can cause serious aches and pains.)

If you're male, I don't have a clue as to what may be wrong.

I also agree with the others, you should see a doctor.

First of all are you female and pale white and dont tan only burn, if so ur body needs iron, lack of it makes you feel that way. Try rubbing a piece of gold on ur face if there is a mark ur aneamic and that will do that too you, if you dont eat meat that will do it to you too. You def should ask a doctor, it could also be a list of parasitic infistations.

    ello guys,
i just tell you that why you take nutrition supplements for your health.
it is beneficial for our health rather than any allopathic medicine.nutrition is not any medicine it is our food which we will not take because of our hectic and busy life we are not able to take care of our health and take care of our diet properly.that's why there is lack of problem and lack of injures in our body.so for proper diet and for proper health we should gave proper nutrition for our body.
While it is important to maintain a healthy weight, most people have trouble staying healthy on a weight-loss diet. Often, important nutrients such as iron, protein, and vitamins are left out along with other foods, making us more vulnerable to disease. To make up for lost nutrients, there are several nutritional diet vitamin supplements available.

If you haven't talked to a doctor, do so asap. Your symptoms could be indicators of many conditions, but one that I'd be worried about if I were you is fibromyalgia.

NO definitely not! You should go see a doctor. Not to freak you out or anything..it might not be serious, but you shouldn't let it go on..otherwise it might get worse and you could have serious health problems later in life. This shit reminds me of that show mystery diagnosis!!!

You could be suffering from Chronic fatigue syndrome, or an immune disease. I have Crohn's and I feel tired 60%% of the time. You could also be suffering from iron-deficiency (or another type if you have an immune proble) anemia. I know when I'm low on iron I feel extremely fatigued.
