Overwhelmed

I’m always so overwhelmed by everything i just want to leave and never come back I can never relax and I can’t sleep at night. I feel anxious and can’t stay still its only gets worse until I can’t stand it and cry or scream and just freak out. Is this normal?

    awww...you poor thing...yes this is totally normal, you're just really stressed out and you need someone to hold you and tell you its okay

    I am the exact same way. i dont really cry even when i feel like it though. Totally normal.

    I know exactly how you feel!!! I am a HUGE stresser. But actually, r u by any chance a perfectionist? Because studies have shown that people who r perfectionists stress wayyyyyyyy more than others. No ones perfect! I think we all have to realize that!!!

    Maybe you are not living out your dreams or your goals. WHat is it that you really want to do and what is holding you back from doing it. If you are actually working for something that is worth while then things shouldnt be stressing you out so much. I am a student and I work too and I was about to go crazy, so to speak, and I went on a two week vacation to see my dad in mexico. It was nice to get away but the best part was that I could vent everything that was going wrong in my life to my dad. He told me that I just have to take things day-to-day. Each and everyday we wake up, Its a new day and new opportunity to do something. WHen you are doing something make sure that you are aware of your actions, no one is a super hero and even super heros need help sometimes. By being aware of what we do we are better able to listen to what our bodies and emotions are telling us. I think you need to get away and also figure out ways to shake things off. BTW what kind of stuff stresses you out?

    Depends on the source of all this anxiety. Anxiety is a totally normal reaction to overworking. This is a signal for you to slow down.

    I find screaming can be very helpful, or breaking something. Preferably not a body part. Go find a body of water and throw rocks at it.
