I notice sometimes that I see overweight people wearing things that I myself am too self conscious to wear. It blows my mind. Muffin tops are in this season apparently.

uhm . ya ... if your "fat" you shouldn't be wearing skinny jeans , i am a teacher and i over heard my 2 (girl) students and they were saying if your fat wearing skinny jeans makes you look skinnier . uhm no !
I myself am overweight, and I don't understand why someone over weight would wear something that is to small for them it makes them seem much bigger. I feel self concious showing my arms or past my knee's I don't know how people do that to themselves, I know I never could.
yes i totally agree. Not to be mean or anything but my sister is overweight and she wears tiny skirts that i myself don't wear. She walks around the house in her bra too. I could never do that.
True but perhaps it's due to them outgrowing their once good-fitting clothes, so now instead of fitting they are skimpy.
I'm a fucking Adonis and I wear hardly anything. Hell If the cops weren't so jealous of my beauty I would walk around in my birthday suit getting numbers left and right.
I am no small fry, but I believe just because they make it in your size does not mean you should wear it. Some people have an exaggerated opinion of their appearance and think they actually look sexy in ill fitting clothes.
i dont have anything against over weight people but i always see these really like over weight girls wearing tiny little tight shorts that make there skin stick out i rolls and stuff its gross, not that i have anything against fat people i dont i just think they should hide them selfs a little better
That is such a generalization. It isn't true for everyone, simple as that.
Stop being judgemental and stereotyping, and grow up.
Perhaps it's about confidence.
Not all confidence comes from your physical image - not should it really.
Those who worry more about looks over content are shallow anyway.
I dont know. I dont generally care what people wear. Long as it does not show a lot of butt or cleavage. Im kind of what people call "Old fashioned" though.
i see this occasionally and the only thing i think is "wear clothes that flatter you, dont wear clothes too smalland dont wear clothes too big, wear things that fit and youll look a whole lot better"
It may be more about the fact that there ARE more overweight than healthy weight people. Pathetically but truly. Also, as a little person, it's difficult to find stuff that's small enough to be small on a small person.
Not so with a "c-hunk" or "phat". Look, I'm in shape and still lack confidence, so to the bigs with big confidence: more power to ya!
whenever i see a fat girl in a bikini i offer her my shirt and pants and say its so you don't get embarrassed when someone looks at you and then gags and starts laughing and tells the person next to you secretly but loud enough so you can hear it "look at that fat whore" then chuckles some more
I think its the fact that they are self consious (excuse my spelling) about their weight. So they assume by wearing skimpy clothing they will appear more confident or distract from their size, thus, attracting someone of the opposite sex.
