So the other day my friend asks me if I had a crush on her. I told her the truth that I didn't I only like her as a freind. Then she asked me about a long list of mutual friends(all female) and said that they all think I have a crush on them. I don't and told her that, then I asked why. Her answer is that "I'm to nice." Is that a normal female misconception or what?

    I think if you're younger than 25, this is probably very normal.

    I don't know why, but yeah, this is normal. There are a lot of girls that think a guy must be attracted to them if they treat them well.

      When your mid to early 20's and younger, if a girl has a crush on you that your unaware of and your a kind respectful person but don't really like them like that, don't get drunk with them. To you, your just hanging out, but to them it's a "signal" and she may rape you thinking you wanted to have sex with her. Actually this goes for both sexes. Though it's a traumatizing situation for anyone it's especially hard for males to have to deal with this, not only is it emasculating but unlike women who get support men are often made to feel worse.

      I'm almost 19 and they are 18-20.

        Hmm.. yeah it seems like a lot of people in those age groups still kinda hold on to those weird ideas... I dunno, it's never made sense to me.

    makes me so mad that some girls will be so vain that she thinks that her own friend is hitting on her.. they'll get it some day
