I'm considering breast augmentation, aesthetically speaking I think they look good. I'm not sure though, it's definitely not something my friends or family would be accepting of. At the same time though, it's my body. Idk if I want the whole stigma that comes along with it but I want nice tits so.

Would you look down on someone if you knew they got breast implants? I know at one time I was judgmental but now I'm more open to it. In my case I'm wanting to get it done to hide my minor chest wall deformity, it's more apparent because I have smaller breasts.

I said no because I believe people shouldn't change their bodies a lot in that way. If its just fixing a slight deformity though then I say it's fine. I hope my opinion helps.

I find breast implants a big turn off. Natural even if small are way better. I can never understand why someone would willingly undergo having their body cut open with a knife and have bits of plastic/ silicon inserted into them.

Weird!

I have had relationships with women with anything from almost flat chested to double DDs. Ultimately the only thing I really cared about was the woman the breasts were attached to.

There's a lady I see at least once a week around my workplace. She has implants. The shape and everything looks great. I have not known her before she got the implants so I always thought those were her natural breasts. Only recently did a coworker tell me the truth. Now I keep trying to find signs on her that they are fake but I can't.

I think she did it to either get a lift or feel more feminine. It doesn't look like she regrets anything.

Her nose can use some work though

Implants are fine, but they aren't my cup of tea. I am not a fan of how they look. Some are kinda nasty lookin. But of course all
I'm picturing are the giant water balloon boobs people get.

What is a chest wall deformity? You sure implants would fix that/cover it up?

This may sound silly but I feel like they would like pop if the got squeezed the wrong way or if you laid on them lol

My wife has natural 39D's but she wants to get 42-44D's. Her measurements now are 39-23-35 and I think that's great. Some of my friends think so too, but the most would like her to go bigger as she would like to. Since she is topless/naked all the time I don't want to be seeing scars as they look perfect now......... Opinions?

  Too each their own but I'd prefer her too keep what's she's got, instead of going bigger. She sounds like she's perfectly proportioned as she is. I do believe their is such a thing as too big, proportion is better than size too me.

    I really don't want her go larger. But most of my friends, family, neighbors, etc see them all the time want bigger and bigger. So far I agree with you in the fact that she's well proportioned and I think she will agree with us.......I hope !!!!

Implants =/= melons, people. Jesus christ. lol @ people think they can spot all implants because of the few they've seen that are obviously fake or badly done.

If you want it, go for it. It can make a world of difference and it's really not that big of a deal. Nobody even has to know if it's not a huge change in size. Just start wearing padded bras or whatever now and when you have the surgery it'll be as if nothing even happened. And it definitely doesn't make you shallow or turn you into a plastic surgery addict.

High-Dee-Ho! I am a nudist and I love nude beaches. I can tell you that if you have plans to go nude, breast implants are a bad idea. What looks good on a nude beach is a natural feminine breast shape. Size is unimportant when you take off your clothes.

A strong ass is really cute, especially when you are playing nude volleyball. Get an a stair-master and start working out. We could use a good spiker like you to play the net on our team. Hope to see you at the beach!

As a guy, I think that breasts are overrated. You could buy a bigger bra and put the implants in the bra under your breasts. They would give you nice jiggle and cleavage which is what makes your chest look good for special occasions.

Don't get yourself sliced open by a surgeon. It is just not worth it.

I am not a big fan of breast implants because i think it is a brutal procijure.I wouldn't do it. But i think people who judje what others do with their bodies are wrong and have a lot of insecurities on their own, because they shouln't care what others do. So if you reall want to do it and you are not put back by the risks and the fact that you will have to do it again, then do it. It is your body, do what makes you happy.

In most cases, implants just look "odd" - especially as the woman ages. Plus, they can interfere with the ability to breast feed when you later have children (or at least could - maybe that's improved over the years).

As for your "minor deformity" - I dare say it's probably not even noticeable. Even if it were, would you want a partner who was so shallow as to reject you on the basis of a minor physical abnormality? It's not like you have a leg missing and are twisted up like a pretzel.

  And if the implants are placed under the muscle, most are, it shouldn't impact ability to breastfeed. If placed above, sometimes (not sure if it's 100% of the time or just sometimes) the mechanics of breastmilk production and delivery are disrupted causing inability to breastfeed.

And your complete lack of experience (or lack of awareness) with fake boobs.

        I'm 48. My limited experience with breast augmentation comes from a discussion I had with my mother (who had the procedure) when I was about 16, so some 32 years ago.
        
        She was advised prior to the procedure (which she had some years before - not exactly sure how long) that it can affect the ability to breast feed, if she wanted more children. As she didn't that wasn't a concern.
        
        Over the years, I have noticed that my now 70 year old mother has retained amazingly "perky" breasts - and personally I think it looks really odd.
        
        My partners have known that I loved them for far more than their physical appearance, and none have ever felt the need to modify their body to look more pleasing to my, or anyone else's eyes. That said, if my partner decided she wanted to augment her breasts, I'd support her (as well as find out WHY she wanted this procedure - as it could be an indication of a greater problem - like feeling unloved etc).
        
        As for a "love interest" who already had "fake boobs", I can't honestly answer that, having never had a "love interest" with augmented breasts. From the photographs I've seen on the internet, I generally don't find enhanced breasts attractive if they have been augmented to any noticeable degree.

Well obviously it's each person's body to do with as the fuck you wish, that's a right of everyone, especially if you like the look

however, being honest? I'd be a little sad if someone i knew got implants if it was out of insecurity but i'd support them 100% ,personally i prefer smaller breasts actually finding massive boobs a turn off.
i get that not everyone is going to learn to like their body but feeling like having surgery is the only way to tolerate yourself really fucking upsets me, even though it isn't an issue i have to deal with

Also a lot of guys like implants, and even if they don't if they don't support you fuck em, cunt's not worth it, at the end of the day, fuck what people think, it's your body, what's most important is YOU like it, you want fake boobs? Go fucking get them :D

  It's something I want to do for myself. I definitely can see what you mean, some people have unrealistic expectations as to what a boob job or tummy tuck or another botox injection will do for them. It's just a minor fix to their insecurities about themselves and then they're jumping onto the next "flaw".
  
  I like my boobs, my confidence isn't relying on whether or not I get a breast augmentation. It's just something I'm considering to hide my uneven breastbone which unfortunately is sort of an insecurity for me. It's either that or a very expensive and painful procedure to have the cartilage and ribs evened out and wires and bars placed in to straighten the alignment of my breastbone.

    just another thought. my wife has a good friend who is very petite, she had implants to make her clothes fit better. she did not go overboard just a couple little apples up there. looks completely normal and I think she feels more womanly. but can't say what they look like bare. good luck and take care. will you let us know what you decide?
