#1 Adoption is as easy as buying a pair of jeans from the Wal Mart

#2 Everyone in this world is as miserable as you.

This in lieu of my usual six paragraph speech intended to make you look like an ass. I think you already did so quite sufficiently.

How do you think children who need adopting come to be? They're born to people who don't want them. They are the problem, not people who want a child of their own.

Yes, let's all raise children who were abandoned at birth. This will solve everyone's problem. For every adult, you get a traumatized child to try and "fix". Good luck.

There are people in this world that had kids too soon, there are people in this world that had kids at the exact time they wanted to, and there are people that want kids desperately but can never have them.

In any of these groups there could be good and bad parents. Bad parenting could come from a bad childhood, drugs, mental disorders, a disconnect from the child, etc etc. As much as I believe many people should never have kids, it's not really my place to force castration on them. That would just cause an uproar..and then what would be accomplished?

Parenting classes should be a free requirement for every parent and maybe things might change a bit. But that's a big maybe.

I just hope that when things do go sour for children that the justice system will do its job. -fingers crossed-

If both parents have full time jobs and expect to continue living that way, then it is totally irresponsible of them to procreate.
I think it's absolutely disgusting that a couple would make a child and then expect the school system to raise it. Latch key kids, gang bangers, kids with no friends sitting in their rooms alone, kids out of control doing drugs or becoming criminals, mass murderers, etc. are all manifestations of the selfishness of parents who take little or no part in raising their own children. Shame on them.

Even though I voted against normal, It's the same way I think. I'll probably never have kids of my own. I had bad time in my life, and objectively, my life isn't even that bad. We don't need any more swimmers in the shit creek.

I like life!!! I love all my friends who exist as well! I am glad I exist and want to spread the love.

You all need to do some observational research. I, myself am all for selective breeding to weed out the marginal people so we can kindly eliminate dreadful inherited diseases. No one thinks of things like this! You can't keep relying on modern medicine to live well. Like, breed a fitter population at the least. We have genetic testing. People should THINK before breeding. Ask yourself if your genes really are advantageous to your offspring. How will these potential traits benefit/hinder this offspring? Hello? Think! Actually, to be fair, its better to not procreate at all. If you want a child,adopt. Or, donate your time to something like the Boys & Girls Club or Upwards Bounds or whatever. There's thousands, if not millions of children that a person can positively impact, instead of creating another one to play house. I suppose the dummies have to create a mini-me out of ignorance. Its ultimately ego-driven idiocy. Blind optimism.

I'm also not all that into the impoverished creating multiple mouths to feed.

This will never happen, because life is senseless cruel sport. I know my statements are futile observations (until I become dictator of a country, or the world...I am joking, maybe? LOL!)

Idiots breed because they're so friggin' base stupid! They fall for their primitive instincts without much forethought. Dumb. That's default human nature. These people need education, badly. Those with more formal education don't pop out lots of babies. Take a look see at impoverished economies vs. the very rich. Haiti vs. Switzerland. Which country per person is zealously over-breeding and which one is not? Which one has high infant mortality rates? Which one has higher quality of life? Idiots shouldn't breed. I'm sure Switzerland has a few idiots, but it also has RULES, lots of them to help educate/eradicate primitive stupidity out of the population.

Quite frankly, after pondering this thought, procreation is a very primitive, base endeavor. Its better not to create life. That's the kindest choice of all.
