One of my sisters art therapy pictures creeped me out, advice?

My little sister is an undergrad where I go to grad school and she was recently raped. I was devastated and I said she could stay with me for as long as she needs. She was also badly beaten and shaken up and always wants to cuddle with me. It felt weird at first but she looked so sweet and peaceful when I held her. She recently started therapy sessions and being a visual arts major she started doing art therapy. But one of her pictures titled "My Sanctuary" showed had a background that looked like smoke (with lightening) coming out of a firestorm from below and in the center of the picture there was a flower and standing in it was me holding my sister. We appeared to be surrounded by a barrier of cycling wind with sun rays shining down on us and two demons circling us outside the vortex. Each had a scythe and "FEAR" was written on the blade of one of the scythes and "PAIN" was written on the other. I was wearing a shirt and pants as well as armor on my back, shoulders, triceps, the top side of my for forearms and on the side/back of my legs (basically anywhere that wasn't in contact with her). I also had a sword slung across my back that had the word "love" written across the handle and a heart at the base of the handle. In her picture, I had my right arm wrapped around her lat wit my hand holding her shoulder-blade and my left arm around her waist holding the side of her waist with my hand and her head tucked between my chin and chest. As for what she was wearing in the picture... well she was naked (although she did have a few claw marks on her body). That creeped me out a bit too much so I decided to spend the day at my friends house. Although after I left she kept calling me (I didn't answer) and she sent me some texts saying things like "where are you", "I'm scared" and "I love you". I want to be there for her but I'm just a little too weirded out by the situation. Any advice?
