March 16th 2001 my mom died,
April 16th 2002 my grampa died
december 16th 2003 my friend candy got killed
at age 16 I lost my mom,
I always happen to look at the clock at 3:16 and it freaks me out, because of my mom's day of death ahhh gives me chills just thinking of it! okay gotta go!

And I think that that's perfectly normal. I would be scared too if I were you! Keep holding on, though. Try not to be worried :)
Here's another shitty thing. I was born on June 16th.
That's at least twice as worse as all the others.
Sorry to hear about those events :( Yeah I think it's normal. I get freaked out over certain dates as well. For me, the bad one is September 11th. Not just because of 9/11 (2001), but something really bad also happened on that day a couple years before that.
The clock thing is a biological and mental combo-freak out-package. When you first looked at the clock and you noticed the issue, then your biological clock remembered that time and when your biological clock remembers it you will look at it and then eventually notice a trend. I had the same problem with 9/11 = 9:11pm. My Fiance has the same problem with 12/13 12:13pm, her birthday...she freaks out too.
Well, considering everything that has happened to you on the 16, I'd say this is normal. If something bad happened to me on a Tuesday, then the next Tuesday, I'm convinced something bad will also happen.
