Older man, flirting, intrest, over analysing, just friends

ok so this is kind of wordy sorry. is it normal to have feelings for my supervisor. at first I thought he was just being friendly because I was new. But hes called himself my sugar daddy, then my future husband. he was even telling me if I was ever stressed out dont hold it in come talk to him and if I needed to I could take it out on him and besides it would turn him on. he makes sure that eveytime we talk he tells me that I'm a great person and he thinks I'm intelligent. when we are at work he's always lifting near me, and I'll always say something. he also does this thing where he will come to my desk and crack my thumbs. we have talked about things like kids and our education and a couple of our experiences. he asked this girl I know how she and I knew each other, and after she told him he told her I was great and I was hot. And I have to be honest im interested but I don't wasn't to over analyze the situation but he's exciting to me and he has the most beautiful eyes so eye contact is never a problem. but hes 12 years my senior. And my supervisor. I've also seen how other women come on to him and he does react to thoes women. so is he interested or is he just being friendly.
