My brother has just returned home from a juvenile detention centre for teenage boys, and he hated it. The female staff members sometimes made the boys stand nude in front of them as punishment. They also monitored the boys in the showers as a daily routine. Is this normal?
It is not normal. Everyone knows that. But it happens. People are going mad from power over other people. Human nature is weak.
Not normal, call a lawyer. They can't do that, especially in a juvenile center!
No it is definately not normal. But as a very dominant lady and mother, I dont know if I could resist the temptation to abuse the power they had and force those young boys to stand naked while I paraded in front of them. I bet those women think of TONS of sexual games to play with those boys

ill bet the staff did it for their own srxual gratification.. make that, horny housewives.
I would think to go to the higher ups on this one, seems like legal issues involved. Wont hurt him to talk to someone way up the ladder and let them know its happening, might just save some other boys the humilation.
