So I've been with my boyfriend for 9 months... It only took 3weeks of dating & 3 weeks of being commited befor we started having sex. I usualy have a 3 month rule but it was atleast a year of having bad sex with my ex so I caved early. Anyways it was great my hope was restored lol. But I personaly don't belive in having sex with my boyfriend every single time we hang out.

It's not thatvi don't enjoy it but I'm worried he's gonna get bored even though he says he won't but still I can't help but wonder. Is this normal?

    Thanks for your advice guys. I took it and after I convinced him that I wasn't seeing anyone else he understood where I was coming from. He even admited to changing not knowing eat came over him at times . And he just wants things to go back to normal where we enjoy each others company and sex when the time is right.

    I agree, just explain to him that sometimes you just want to spend time together and you want he's company without sex. Surely he would understand.

    Agree with gidget, have sex when you want to, if you plan it and worry about it it wont be sexy and he will maybe sense it. If you enjoy it its the biggest turn on he will get.

    Yes that's normal, it could also be you worrying if that's all he wants, because if it's not then not having sex every time you see each other would be fine for him. Just don't over do it. You both need it, even though it doesn't have to be all the time.

    i agree with the above posters and you. there's no good reason that you should feel like you have to have sex every time that you are with him. its normal. most women withhold sex and its pretty actually expected and normal. generally you don't have to have sex unless you want to. i wouldn't worry that he will get bored, he's probably happy to get any sex he can.

    Thanks so much for your advice. I've tried talking to him about it and he says he wants to be with me and sex isn't as important something told me to test it out so I told him last night I wasn't in the mood and I didn't wanna have sex. Then he got mad and started with an attitude. It's so frustrating. Wat would you think if u were In my shoes?

    You don't have to satisfy his sexual needs just to hope that he doesn't leave you. If he loves you, and if you love him, you both can sit down together and have a talk about it. Ask him if he really wants to have sex everytime you both hang out.

    I'm 28 now and sex has slowed down for me now. Part of the reason is, I've been with the same person for 6 years now. Enjoy it while you can before the drive is gone. If your scared he will get bored , change it up every so often. Like were some thing sexy, a new toy, or have sex in a strange place. That's always fun.
