Are you saying this makes him gay? I would say it doesn't unless he engages in sexual acts with the other guy, which is not always the case in a threesome.

To be clear, a MMF 3-some means that the guys sexually interact, with a woman present, and involved, as well.
Otherwise a MFM 3-some means a woman having sex with 2 straight guys, who don't interact with each other.
