...ok, that's a lie!

But seriously, what's up with all the is it normal sharters? I'd barely even heard of sharting when I came here, let alone heard a horrific shart story; but everyone here seems to shart all day long. There's a million shart stories...every week is shart week.

Is there something about this place that attracts sharters? Does the anonymity make it easier to admit? Or do you think all these shart stories are just lies? Is sharting a common phenomenon?

    I've been on this site since early 2012 and i haven't noticed it. Maybe they are pretty common but are overshadowed by the overpopulation posts or the ones about "i am straight but...".

Every year on the Discovery Channel they have Shart Week where all their programming is focused on sharts.

Also the ScyFy Channel has a movie called Shartnado. It's a combination of a shart and a tornado.

Sharts are indicative of an unhealthy gastrointestinal tract, bud. If you're sharting a bunch, change your diet and talk to a doctor.

I think we all notice repetitive posts and comments. Sharts are no different than the posts on incest, beastiality, I hate kids, religion is for the stupid, fat people suck, etc. On second thought, I don't really notice a lot of shart posts.

I think it's just a fun new word for some combined with juvenile bathroom humor. Sharting isn't normal and is a sign of a digestive disorder. If people seriously have a problem with controlling the poop that come out of their ass, they truly wouldn't find it all that funny. Kind of like how puking in public isn't all that fun. And if you really did shart in public all the time, you would smell foul and people wouldn't go near you. You would be ostracized...hmmm, maybe that's why they come here....I dont' know. people like bathroom humor, I'm sticking with that.
