Nose bleeded for an hour heavily?

suddenly tons of blood poured out of my nose, i mean a lot of blood it went everywhere all oveer my arms and hands then i ran to the sink and sat there for an hour while it just poured out... wats up with this? i had Septoplasty a week ago

      actually, the surgeons gave me cocaine while i was under the knife

    It's not normal but I guess the septotoplasticysasty you had explains the bleeding. Go to your doctor.
