Normal volume?

Is it normal that whenever I listen to the television I can't have the volume on an odd number? Like if it's 33, I have to turn it either up to 34 or down to 32.

Totally normal. I have the same thing, but not so much with the TV, just the sound system for the PC. I have an external soundcard with a remote that takes control over Windows sound control features. And when I press the volume button on the remote, a cool volume box appears, with % to measure the volume. And I always have to have it on an even number. When I have the headset on it has to be on exactly 50%. Whenever I use the speakers, it has to be on 100%. And when I accidentally press volume down or up and it lands on an uneven number, then I have to correct it right away.
