Im only 17 and i have noticed that there are faint purple lines around the base of my penis and im pretty sure they arnt veins. so i was just wondering if it was normal.

    Stretch marks are lighter than the skins color. If your white it would look pink. Those are most likely spider veins. Veins can be purple and blue.
