Normal to get "high" from pop rocks?

It does not happen to me with other candies,and it isn't the same kind of "high" from weed or booze (which I've done). I like the sizzling so much I feel really happy and sit in a chair and laugh my ass off only able to say like a bumbling idiot "I love these". Then after I swallow them I just feel calm for a few hours.
